We may also share on your profile or job posting any reviews .and whether you have connected to CaregiverUSA through Facebook or other social media links. We may display personal testimonials of Registered Users and other endorsements on the website or in other marking materials. These testimonials or endorsements MAY also include Non Personal Information such as the Registered User’s first name, first initial of last name, town and state.

Background checks

CaregiverUSA conducts background check services from consumer reporting agencies on our Caregivers.

For the legitimate business purpose of protecting the safety and integrity of the Site and CaregiverUSA.com and bookacare.comusers, you authorize CaregiversUSA.com and bookacare.com in its Terms of Use to utilize a third party consumer reporting agencies to use your Personal and Non personal Information to run periodic verification and background checks on you when you register with CaregiversUSA.com and thereafter in connection with your continued use of our Site. In addition, we will require all Caregivers perform a Standard criminal background check which must result in a positive “pass” response to be added to the site.

You acknowledge that sensitive material may be included in your background check, and that you are responsible for providing us and our service provider (if applicable) with correct mailing information.

Social media features and widgets

Our Site includes social media features and widgets, such as the Facebook “Like” button and the Facebook “Share” button.
